ESP-Link™/FTS Solution:  Bank of Cyprus

BOC needed a robust financial transaction processing system to replace its current software which used multiple systems to perform various functions for its 300 branches. As well, the bank wanted a world class card center solution. With the breadth of its product family, our ESP-Link™ was well equipped to provide solutions to meet both business needs.

ESP-Link™/FTS, helped the bank consolidate its seven systems into one that performed all transaction processing and payment functions. This lowered costs and improved customer service. The Bank of Cyprus was also able to launch the country's first unmanned branch in only three months. The branch offers full sales functions including automated teller services and bill processing, check book printing, statement printing and business deposits.

For the second solution, we provided the bank with flexible, full credit card functionality. Our ESP-Link™/Credit Card Solution (CCS) let the bank meet traditional credit card requirements as well as issue multiple family cards and incentive programs.
